The property has a fenced-in small yard with deck with table and 4 chairs, upscale grill, outdoor shower, and some beach gear for your convenience.Our property is conveniently located at the crossroads of Cape Charles - an easy walk to "downtown", the beach, and across the street from Central Park. The duplex has a covered porch to enjoy your coffee in the morning overlooking the park and a back deck with table/chairs, umbrella and new gas grill, overlooking the fenced-in back yard with outdoor shower.
