However it wouldn't be a bad idea to bring additional drinking water for preference. - 1 mini split head at 32k BTU located in main level used for cooling main and loft levels. Window ACs are available in main floor bedrooms in warmer seasons and removed in fall. No additional cooling at the moment in lower level however lower level remains relatively comfortable. - We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like paper towels, some dishwasher soap, detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, some toilet paper, and hand soap. Please note, that these items are not replenished during your stay.
