We've worked had to maintain the character and charm of the antique home, while bringing it up to modern standards. The layout of the Prince Harding remains the same, but it has been entirely refreshed, with air conditioning and heating provided by solar-powered heat pumps. There is a cozy electric fireplace in the sitting area, an improved kitchen and bath with tiled shower, and a new queen-sized bed and furnishings in the living area. The house is equipped with two Level 2 EV chargers, for use by renters. Check out the new photos, but note that reviews prior to July 2025 are of the old apartment.
