Whether you fancy a short drive to picturesque White Sands, NP , a chill day at Bluff Springs waterfall and trails, or if you simply prefer to let the good times roll (with Cloudcroft Brewery a 5 minute walk away) we'd love to have you and your loved ones stay in our cozy, clean and memorable place.We do not accept third party reservations. The person making the reservation must be the primary occupant. You cannot assign or gift the reservation.There is a $25.00 per dog/per stay fee, We do this to make sure our cleaning crew takes the extra time to make sure your dog has a safe clean and hygienic place to sniff, lick, lay , sit and stay! And so future dogs have the same opportunity Please agree to the guidelines for bringing a dog.The dog must be 1 year old or older and house trained.1. If left unattended we ask that you ensure your dog(s) won't be at risk of damaging any property inside and your dog(s) may not to be left out on the porch. 2. Please do not use the blankets provided as a covering over the furniture or bedding.3. Pick up your dogs waste immediately after it's done and dispose of it in the dumpster outside on the corner.4. Please do not allow your pets to get on any of the furniture because even the best dogs can have accidents in unfamiliar situations. If you need to work while here, our desk gives you the space to do so while in the privacy of the bedroom.Bedroom 2 loves dreamers from 0-99 with two sets of bunk beds (4 beds in total) featuring memory foam mattresses and lots of cozy blankets. A pack and play is also available in this room.The living room provides comfortable seating for everyone in your family. Board games, books, T.V., and WiFi (25mb/s down 3mb/s up) await you for your down times. The beautiful fireplace boasts a stunning hand-scraped mantle that makes an attractive and simple reminder of an earlier time.The stocked kitchen has all the basic necessities, a Keurig and dishwasher. It showcases local artist JD Custom Wood Works and his stunning wood countertops. The perfect place for downtown shopping/eating as well as experiencing the outdoors and taking the road less traveled! Plenty of level off street parking for 4 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a trailer. No parking in the street or blocking the dumpster. That’s located across the street. Deck has a gas grill. No personal gas grills or cookers-shall be brought onto property. No coolers brought inside the cabin. Please leave all coolers outside on the back deck. Do not bring coolers into the cabin or on front steps. Coolers are causing damage to concrete steps and damage inside the cabin.No processing of animals or fish on property. Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am. This is a family neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors. No parties or loud music. No inside or outside smoking this includes marijuana. Garage not included in rental. Firewood is not provided. Daytime guests will be counted as guests. If you have family or friends that are camping, staying at another property etc. and need to do laundry, shower or visiting but aren’t staying the night. They count as guests, and will need to be added to the booking. If unbooked guests arrive your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Outdoor cameras in use.
