The third room is dual purpose, with a workstation and a futon which could also sleep 2.There is a 1/2 bath with toilet and sink on the main floor. The kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a table for 4.The cozy living room has an electric fireplace and flat screen tv.There is a washer and dryer on the main floor, and an ironing board and iron upstairs.There is a detached 2 car garage with 8x7 garage doors which are available for your use, as well as lots of room for additional parking.We are still working at creating a cozy outdoor patio and dining experience along with a 7 person hot tub, and more amenities to follow!Guests are welcome to the entire house and 2 car garage. There is also a yard around the house that can be played in.The business next door has a couple dozen very large kids playsets on display, and you are welcome to try them all out!
