It has No Pool but is located in the desirable 'The Cove’ neighborhood (east of US1) and only 1 mile from Deerfield beach, rated as one of the nation's cleanest and most environmentally safe beaches. The Cove Plaza is nearby with many conveniences including gourmet grocery stores a wide range of dining options, shops, salons and more.This is a single story house of about 1400 sq ft of under A/C living area. Private and fully fenced in backyard, carport and large screened in & furnished patio at the back. No pool.The chefs kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - large double sink, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and all the other small appliances, utensils and cookware you will need. Any special requests for any specific small appliances or baby/toddler items can usually be met.The Master bedroom has a King size bed, with en-suite bathroom (vanity, toilet and shower), and a good sized closet. Expect landscape and maintenance workers to arrive once a week, landscape and maintenance workers have full access to the back yard as their work is weather dependent.
