857 Oak Grove is a 2 bedroom Villa located on Edisto Island In the Wyndham Ocean Ridge 300 acre golf resort. This villa is a 2BR / 2BA that can sleep up to 8. Enter into the open living, dining and kitchen combination.  The comfortable open living area features a TV to stream your favorite binge show. However that's probably not why you chose Edisto.  Dining area has table seating for 6 and bar seating for 2. The wet bar offers counter top serving space in the dining area.  Well equipped kitchen that includes a full sized washer/dryer in kitchen closet. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the comfortable, relaxing screened porch and take in the breeze while overlooking the golf course. Deer and other wildlife are regular visitors and can often be seen from the porch which can be accessed from the living area or master bedroom it also offers additional dining and comfortable seating. When it's time to retire for the evening the villa features a master bedroom with a king bed, tv, and a private bath with tub and shower combo. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, twin bunk beds, tv and a private bath with tub and shower combo as well. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa as well as a futon.  Conveniently located, 857 Oak Grove Villa is a short walk to the Beach, Golf Shop and other resort amenities. The 300-acre golf/recreation resort is located on the southern end of Edisto Beach. With a large screened in game room you are set to have fun enjoying the outdoor breeze. Ping Pong Table, Corn Hole and Ladder Golf games are on site for fun afternoons or relax in one of the 2 hammocks - whatever suits your fancy. With two bedrooms on each side of the house it is arranged perfectly for family gatherings or a few families to enjoy together. This gets 2 adults and 2 kids in for free or 1 Adult and 3 kids. You can purchase tickets with the membership for a 10% discount if you have more in your party. Save 10% on the gift shop as well.*Sheets, towels, and dish towels are provided, and included in the linen fee. Sheets and Towels will be freshly laundered and beds are made and ready for your arrival. To rent sheets and towels here on the island would be $303.00 alone if I did not provide this service. A starter cleaning pack of dish detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Please bring your own Beach Towels and personal toiletries. Depending on the length of your stay, you may have to replenish the items in the starter packet during your visit.There is a pack and play and highchair in the bunk bedroom closet.Guests are to remove personal possessions upon vacating the premises. Please remove used sheets and towels and place them in the dirty bin outside on the back porch upstairs. Please leave coverlets and pillow shams on the beds. Wash dishes and put them away, clean out both refrigerators and freezers. Remove trash and put it into the two rolling cans downstairs. No need to roll the carts out.Unfortunately, the town of Edisto, has had problems with Golf Carts and no longer allows visitors to bring their own. Lights out for turtles between May1st to October 31 from dusk to dawn. The town has an ordinance prohibiting artificial light that can disorient sea turtle hatchlings.
