Groceries, shops, coffee, and the only bar in town are all right within walking distance.**Since the home is smaller, we have a smaller onboard water heater. The hot water can run out quicker than expected, so please plan to space your showers accordingly, especially with a larger group. If you take a 10-minute shower, it will almost empty the whole hot water tank. * The bunk beds are 68 inches, 5 ft 8 inches, long. Please keep this in mind when booking. *When booking, remember the current renovations and/or potential noise and/or vendors coming and going. All of the work would be done during normal business hours. Thank you for understanding.- We love doggos but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit, and charge a $65 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :) - Please, no pets on the furniture - Please make sure to pick up after your pet.- Please no shoes within the home, there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products. - If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services, we keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate.- During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. The homes are equipped to accommodate.
