This is a cozy, rustic, lofted cabin with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). It is situated on a dirt road, in a quaint, private, family-friendly community. It comes equipped with a full kitchen that opens into the main living area with a wood-burning stove for cozy days/evenings by the fire. There is also a full-size washer and dryer located in the sunroom at the back of the cabin for your use. It is centrally located with easy access to popular Fryeburg Fair Grounds, snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and a 10-minute walk to the association's private beach! The cabin is just a short drive away from the town center and local eateries; 302 Tavern, Saco River Brewery, Top of the Ninth, Oxford House, Jockey Cap Country Store, and the Old Saco Inn, just to name a few. Please try to keep doors and windows closed, do not leave food outside to prevent entry of unwanted critters. Also do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.* We are in the woods and the Internet may be slow at times. No gaming is possible due to internet and we recommend that you download any large content before you leave home.We also offer a smart TV! Just bring your login information for your favorite streaming providers and you’ll be ready to watch your favorite programming!* Please note that cell service can be spotty depending on your carrier.
