You'll find yourself surrounded by serenity and gorgeous, country views on acres upon acres of property you can explore. You'll also enjoy rocking on the front porch that overlooks rolling pastures.Unwind by the firepit and enjoy the scenic sunrises and sunsets. Centrally located - Just over an hour to downtown Houston via the Aggieland Expressway, 30 minutes from Montgomery, College Station, and Magnolia. 40 minutes to Brenham, Tomball, and Conroe.Owner lives on the adjacent property about a quarter of a mile from the farmhouse, and maintains all of the acreage. Property maintenance is ongoing throughout the year (bailing hay, mowing, clearing brush, trimming trees), so it's likely you may see property upkeep being done.
