Including seating and accommodation for 16. 4 bedrooms ( 2 have full size bunk beds and one includes a trundle), 3 bathrooms, large living area, 4 TV's, and a 3 level, outside deck with chairs and loungers that allows you to enjoy wonderful sunsets on the water, a boat dock with a fenced in yard and hammock. Boat dock lift is not available to renters but we do have an open whip for a jet ski. The Gun Barrel City ordinances for VRBO rentals limit the number of cars in a driveway. ours is five, even though it holds more. if you have a need for more than five cars, please consider finding another parking area, and then having someone commute with another member of the family or team to the lake house. house. It is the responsibility of the renters to find area to park in. This a great place for family fun and family reunions, since our dining table will seat up to 20 people. Do you enjoy fishing? Just walk out on the dock and cast away. In addition we do have a bunk room available with 4 bunkbeds and additional bathroom that can sleep additional guests.
