There is 1 Gig fiber internet to stay connected while on your vacation. Kitchen with all the amenities plus a washer and dryer. There is no central air to the house, but we have portable fans in both of the bedrooms, ceiling fans, and portable AC in the living/dining room. We have heat in the cottage as well. There is a gas fireplace and a heater in the kitchen and both bedrooms.
