Kitchen with New Appliances including a convection oven for all your cooking needs. New Carpet, Furniture, and Doors. First Floor poolside!!!Our Villa is one of only 8 that has a first floor rear patio exit (most desired)..You can park right outside your door. New Passenger Ferry to Ocracoke so you may never even need your car during your visit unless you want to drive out on one of the many beach accesses. Public Beach Access and shower is right out the door across the road (one block) Free Laundry and Ice on site. Two Gas Grills by the pool. 50" LED TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. Bathroom with shower is accessible off the hallway, and the two comfortable bedrooms are at the end of the hall. You can hear the ocean from the deck.Southside 3 is your host, Wendy’s, mother’s former apartment. Edith Stowe was an involved member of our community, and loved the village where she was born, raised, lived, and raised her children. She was a painter and her favorite color was the blue green that you’ll see throughout the space. We have kept a few of her touches, including her paintings. Bright stars accompany the nights from this vantage point. Island Time is a free-standing cottage on stilts with parking for one vehicle underneath. The cottage is small so we have tried to maximize the space in an efficient yet tasteful way. The bed has a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress with a gel mattress topper. It's comfy! Linens are provided.Beach chairs and body boards are provided so you can immediately enjoy the warm sunshine on the beach. Bath towel sets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The kitchen is well-stocked so you'll have what you need to prepare meals. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are provided on the grounds for those of you who grill-masters.
