It is the perfect getaway, with a spacious layout for multi/extended family trips.Featuring a wraparound deck to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch pristine Lake Ida wake up and at the end of a amazing day on the lake enjoy the magnificent sunsets. The cabin is located steps away from the sandy bottom lake with depths increasing slowly for the younger swimmers and optimal for wading out to the sandbar just off the dock. Bald eagle sightings are prominent and the loons are always calling!Take a break from the lake and head into Alexandria (recently voted best town in Minnesota) for all of the local attractions. Including Casey's Amusement Park, ample downtown shopping, delicious local restaurants, and so much more! There are many local wineries and breweries that are close to the cabin/lake. Including, Carlos Creek Winery/22 Northmen Brewery, Rolling Forks Vineyard, LEtoile du Nord Vineyard, and Thousand Lakes Brewery are just a few. The cabin is also close to the public access and many beautiful area golf courses.At night we invite you to enjoy the outdoor fire pit that is right off of the deck, and sit by the lakeside for optimal stargazing skies!Our cabin features a large kitchen that is fully equipped with utensils, toaster, can opener, plates, cups, silverware, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee bar, refrigerator/freezer and open concept living area. In main living area enjoy a good book, some hot chocolate, and the indoor fireplace.The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with 2 twin beds. And downstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed (en-suite bathroom)and 1 with a queen. All 3 bathrooms are full baths.
