Beautiful Cozy Cottage nestled on the banks of the Loyalhanna Creek on scenic Darlington Road in the Laurel Highlands. Snuggle up to the beautiful gas fireplace with your favorite book. Watch a variety of shows and movies on the 40" flat screen tv with 100+ cable channels, Roku, Netflix, and Discovery+. The kitchen has a newly installed dishwasher and is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and dishes, etc. The exterior kitchen wall is lined with windows bringing in sunlight and highlighting nature and the outdoors. The Cottage has central air conditioning and heating. An office area is also included with high-speed Wi-Fi, table, a monitor/tv, and a printer. There is a La-Z-boy Chair and a half twin sleeper also in the office/sitting area that is perfect for a third person. A fourth guest can sleep on a new folding ottoman twin sleeper bed located in the living room. Our cottage will now comfortably accomodate 4 guests. A washer and dryer are provided in the basement. It's wonderful to relax on the large deck with amazing views of the beautiful creek below. A Weber LP gas grill is provided for cookouts. Enjoy evenings around the outdoor firepit on Adirondack chairs with your favorite beverage. We provide the firewood and marshmallows! A cozy remodeled 2-bedroom cabin located just a few miles from the town of Ligonier that has many different small local owned shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and small bars. Ligonier also has many family-friendly activities and one of the oldest amusement parks in the states. This cabin has all the amenities of a modern homes in a country setting. located only two miles from the 600 Acre Linn Run state park and six miles from the 60,000 Forbes state forest. Both the state park and state forest are recognized for there many miles of hiking, biking and snowmobiling trails as well as many scenic over look areas such as bears rock. Also popular hunting and fishing destinations with great native trout, white tail deer and black bear populations. there is also a small play ground only a 1/4 mile away thats excellent for kids of all ages! This cozy cabin also has a large outdoor deck, firepit and grill. Pets are welcome.We now have outdoor video/audio surveillance cameras on the property lines. A private home at the entrance of Forbes State Forest and Laurel Mountain Ski Resort, Laurel View is steps away from year round hiking and biking and in the winter downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. The Cabin has two master bedrooms with queen beds, a kid friendly room off the kitchen area with a single and double bed and loft space with two singles. Beyond the activities right outside the door Laurel View is a short drive to exceptional fly fishing in Linn Run State Park, several golf courses of all levels or you can explore historic Ligonier or Falling Water. At the end of the day enjoy the peace and quiet of the outdoors on the large deck or around the outside fire pit.
