The home is nestled on the shore of the main channel of the beautiful lake Wylie giving a mesmerizing view of the water from a sunroom and an open screened-in porch of the house and from the backyard . The brand new dock gives full access to Lake Wylie for fun lake activities. It has a ladder to the jet ski ports to release kayaks as well as a step down platform for full lake access. There are 4 hard shell Kayaks and required life jackets provided to enjoy the lake to its fullest. Guests can also rent a boat from a Lake Wylie rental or bring their own boat ( need to use lake Wylie public boat launch). For the laidback and naturalists, there are chaise lounge chairs on the dock as well as outdoor chairs in the back yard to enjoy the warm sun from above and slow breeze from the lake. The dock is also a paradise for fishing. Even though the home is on the main channel, it is not a busy part and hence you can enjoy the nature in its serenity. For the Pitmaster , we have a weber original charcoal grill and grill utensils including starter chimney to showcase your barbecue skills. ( Please don't forget to bring charcoal). The home has a very large and spacious living room with lofted ceilings, pinewood walls and large windows. Our guests love this room because it can easily accommodate the entire 8 guests enabling them to create wonderful memories of togetherness. It is an ideal room for fun conversations and activities or watch sports or a movie in Netflix or Disney-plus with Dolby atmos surround sound . Sling TV is available for national TV programs. The kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops with all amenities of a modern kitchen. The cozy dining room open to kitchen also boasts good view of the lake through a bay window. The main level of the back of the house is divided into a glass enclosed Sun room and a net screened-in porch with beautiful lake view from both the rooms. The master bedroom has a California king bed. Second bedroom has two full sized beds. The downstairs smaller bedrooms have good lake views and are furnished with one queen bed in each room . The bathrooms are all upgraded with modern amenities and modern shower systems . The home sits by the side of a winding road lush with greenery which is ideal for a morning or evening stroll. The property is conveniently located close to Charlotte airport (12 minutes) Charlotte city (20 minutes) and Belmont downtown (11 minutes) US National White water center (18 minutes) with easy access to I-85 and I-485. The home is ideal for up to 8 guests . No parties of any sort are allowed in the property please. Maximum number of allowed guests are 8 at all times. Loud music (including from parked cars) are not allowed because the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for understanding. Entrance for bedroom 4 is through bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has no attached bathroom but can use attached bathroom of bedroom 4 or upstairs bathroom off of living room. On rare occasions, the owner's family will be over to take the boat or jetski into the lake but will notify the guests in advance when doing so.
