It is located on a Christmas tree farm (located 10 miles off Highway) . Our location is rural and a 20 minute drive for groceries or gas. The air conditioner is not central air, but a window unit in the center of the house. There are120 Acres of land to roam. Bring your camera and watch for wildlife!
