The heated swim spa has two seats which have multiple jets for full body relaxation as well as a deeper portion of the spa that has swim jets where you can endlessly swim against the jetted current.Ideally located on border of Ocean Beach and Corneille Estates allows for close beach access without restrictions of Ocean Beach. Beach access is on end of block, walk about 50 feet to your right once at the beach and your in Corneille Estates and then you can drink and eat on the beach. Full garage with bikes, wagons, umbrellas, and beach chairs. Directly across the home is the Woodhull School which has a full basketball court and very large playground. Perfect for kids.
