WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTOur rental management includes 24-hour emergency response for any issues that arise. LAKE INFOSwimming/Floating WelcomeRocky Shoreline access – lake level fluctuates depending on the season. Spring – Lake levels will be high. The docks do not start getting installed until late April. We do not GUARANTEE any dock in the water before Memorial Day. Summer – High Water Mark is June 1st. Depending on the weather, the lake levels may come up higher than that making the docks hard to access as their walkways will be underwater. We do our best to make sure they are accessible, but we cannot always get to them on demand. Fall – Water levels will be lowest, and docks will start to be removed from the lake until the spring. Boats can still be docked, water levels at the end of the docks are still acceptable for boat docking. Winter – Lake usually freezes, and ice fishing is popular. Any access to the frozen lake is “at your own risk”. HOUSE RULESNo Smoking inside – smoking outside only. Must not leave any butts and ashes behindNO FIREWORKS or discharging of any firearm is not permitted. Includes BB, air, pellet, paint guns. Quiet time 11pm – 8am – this is a family-oriented neighborhood, no late-night parties allowed. Voices carry at night when it’s quiet. Beachgoers can swim in this lake’s tranquil waters from the park’s access points while enjoying the sun on its sandy shores.
