Just minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge and endless hiking adventures, but situated within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and unique local artists. Possible light snow in the winter and cool mountain summer nights. Resort quality pool and landscaping with private patio, entrance and parking. Please make sure your booking has the accurate number of people that will be staying, this ensures the proper number of towels, bedding and supplies will be available. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, owner has severe pet allergy. Service animals must be declared at booking and must behave as such, extra cleaning fee may be assessed . In an effort to keep cleaning fees as low as possible, we do expect you to pick up after yourself and your guests. For guests staying longer than 1 week, moderate cleaning is expected, please be courteous (this is our home, we are not a faceless corporation) or an extra cleaning fee will be assessed. Welcome to our new home in Payson, AZ. It's a very clean and cozy home that seats in a nice almost 3 acre lot. There’s plenty of room to play. It is a perfect place to get away from the summer heat. During the winter it has nice hills to play when there’s snow. Sometimes if you’re lucky deer or elk will visit you right in the property. Minutes away from the shops, restaurants, hiking, fishing and other activities. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has a bunkbed with queen at the bottom and twin sized mattress on top and a roll away bed on the bottom. The cabin has one bathroom with a tub and shower. It has a spacious closet with washer and dryer. We have board games, cornhole in the garage and a packman game located in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen has brand new appliances and has everything you need to make a meal for your family. The kitchen opens up into the living room where you will find a comfortable couch and a smart TV. It has an arcadia door that opens up to the backyard and give lots of natural lights.. The backyard has a serene view of the big trees and hills. Connected to the main house via a game room complete with custom pool table to is the loft cabin. This side has a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and huge loft with a bedroom and large sitting area.Spend some time relaxing outside on the decks or at the fire pit. Adirondack chairs are stored in the back and are available during your stay. We just ask that you put them away when you checkout. When you arrive a welcome basket with a guest book will share all relevant information with you.
