We are the Champagne Family. Ben, Andrea, and Lillian. We had many great years in this place until we finally decided we needed more space to expand the family. This lovely 2/2 townhouse is on the quiet end of the island. 3 miles from boardwalk and restaurants. Free trolley (early May-August) right out front. 200yd walk to the gulf. Complex pool(only 8 units) with shower. One bedroom and full bath is on first floor with the kitchen/living area while the 2nd floor is entirely the master suite with private balcony large walk-in closet and laundry room.
