Stepping out the front door, you are within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, coffee shops, Philomath Schools, churches, the local library, museum and much more! Less than 10 minutes to Oregon State University and Reser Stadium. Under an hour to Marys Peak and the Oregon coast!The cottage is tastefully decorated with a rustic, fir country vibe. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with cozy blankets, comfortable mattresses and couches, plush bath towels, heat and A/C for ultimate comfort during your stay. We've dialed in to all the small details such as a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee and tea bar, a selection of games, puzzles and books and complimentary toiletries.*PLEASE NOTE*The Fir Country Cottage is located on Main St., which is also highway 20/34. This highway is the main thoroughfare through Philomath. We want our guests to be aware of the traffic that travels in front of the cottage. Although the traffic noise is minimized inside, guests will hear cars and trucks passing by. During the week it is a busy and bustling town. Evenings and weekends are less busy. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out?
