The waterfront house has 4BR and 4BA with 3900 sq ft + a two car garage. It has the benefits of both protected water for worry-free boating and sweeping views of the Chester River! The rear of the house features a spacious deck off the back of the house and a large balcony off the master suite. High speed internet is provided. Three kayaks and two paddle broads are available in the summer (free of charge). Two crab traps and one live box are provided for guests to catch crabs from the backyard pier.
