In front of the porch is a grass courtyard that is also great for sitting and relaxing. There is a fire pit that is fun for roasting marshmallows or just sitting by the fire. The house is perfect for large family and friend gatherings. It has a gourmet kitchen with large commercial refrigerator and freezer, gas commercial stove with six burners, a griddle, and two ovens. There is also a wine cooler, an ice machine, and two sinks. The house has six large bedrooms with 4 king size beds and 4 queen size beds.
