With state parks not far away, you are sure to enjoy many aspects of the Finger Lakes.The spaceThe property is split by Rte. 89 with the house located approximately 150 ft from road. Lakeside offers you 100 feet of lakefront to enjoy in the seasons of Spring, Summer and Fall. The lakeshore is accessible by 20 steps. The beautiful and open view of the lake can be seen from all rooms in the front of the house.Entering the home finds you on a glass enclosed front porch. Living, dining and kitchen spaces are one open space. A short hallway leads you one bedroom as well as the bathroom. Relax in the naturalness of original log walls, a large stone fireplace made from lake and field stones and a wood cathedral ceiling hosting large, natural beams. Enjoy all natural and original wood floors in all rooms with the exception of the bath. 2 bedrooms makeup the upstairs along with a small landing to enjoy a view from above. This is not decorated as a traditional log cabin, but with a rustic tone and a hint of bohemian style.A laundry room with washer and dryer is located in the basement accessible from inside the house. There is a back porch with a view of the yard and fields. All 3 bedrooms have queen beds and a tv.The front and back yards are big enough for lawn games or just relaxing. In the cabinets, you will find pots, pans, silverware, glassware, and baking ware.As you progress to the back of the house, you enter the living room, with expansive views of the lake. The couches and chairs are the perfect setting for watching a movie or snuggling up with a book and taking in the lake. There is a flat screen TV with basic cable, Netflix, and Hulu. High Speed Wi-Fi is also included. Rounding out the room is a small bar for serving wine and other beverages.The house has three bedrooms with all linens included. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a remodeled half bath. There is a dresser and closet with plenty of space for everything you brought with you. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a closet and dresser. The third bedroom has two twin beds. In this room, there is also a closet and dresser. There should be space to expand in the bedrooms for even the most prepared traveler. Window AC units are installed for the summer months. The nice lake breeze often means you won't need them.The full bathroom will be stocked with towels and other amenities for your stay. There is a large stand-up shower and a large vanity for your toiletries. First floor laundry with washer, dryer, and iron is an added bonus to this house.As you make your way outside, there is a covered deck with two rocking chairs and a covered grilling area. A brand new propane grill is included for your use. There is a flat backyard, perfect for lawn games or kicking a ball. Down a small set of stairs, there is a sprawling deck with plenty of room for the whole family. There is outdoor table seating for six and four Adirondack chairs to enjoy the stunning view. Down another small flight of stairs, you reach the beach area and dock, from which you can take a dip, go fishing, or dock a boat. I have two kayaks with life vests for guest use. There is also a boathouse to store all of your water toys.
