The 4th Sister Lodge condominiums are surrounded by Creekside park where Whychus Creek runs year round. The complex features a pool, one of only two within walking distance of downtown. It is an easy walk to Sisters and the beautiful Five Pine Complex which includes Three Creeks Brewing, Shibui Spa, Sisters Movie House, and Islas Rio. The Peterson Ridge Trail system is also only a short walk or bike ride away.The unit is upstairs in building #6, overlooking the pool, club house and common area via a furnished deck. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and second full bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and queen size inflatable mattress in guest room.The Club House has a pool table, ping pong table, co-ed sauna and wood stove for your enjoyment. Both bathrooms provide soaps, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers, extra razors… while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and appliances you could need and is well stocked providing a variety of spices, foil and baggies, etc . A/C to stay cool in the summer, and central heating plus a gas fireplace for winter nights. The west-facing patio and living room let you soak up unparalleled Central Oregon scenery with views of 5 mountains and a lovely water feature, while the deck provides multiple seating areas. It's 2 minutes (walking) to downtown Sisters and has a fully fenced yard, 4 person private hot-tub, and propane fire-pit. Please note that this is a guest suite (or attached ADU). There is another unit on the property that has 1 common wall/ceiling. There are zero shared spaces so it's completely private, but with the common wall there is a potential for some noise from the other unit to be heard in your unit. Inside there is 1 extremely comfortable King size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa that is surprisingly comfy for a couch-bed! The high speed wifi and smart TV will allow you to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Included in the Suite is a full bathroom. This is a completely private attached ADU. It has 1 shared wall but is completely private (no access from one unit to the other). Please also note that the HVAC system is controlled via app from the Host's phone. We keep it set to a very comfortable temperature, but if you have any issues with the temperature of the unit please let me know and we can adjust it immediately.Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy.
