It has 700 sqft of decks. It provides 1 King master bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 queen sofa sleepers, 4 bunk beds and a twin single bed. The chalet sleeps 12 or more.Guests will have access to the main floor and upper floor. There is no access to the garage or upper floor office. Check in is at 4:00 and check out is at 10:00. The hosts will be staying on the property and will be available for guests. Hosts honor guests’ privacy, so you may see them on the property feeding the animals, or outside on occasion, but they are available for anything you may need anytime, just give them a call. Our cabin is located at 9,500 ft. elevation, we highly recommend drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated. This will help adjust to the altitude, if you're traveling from lower elevations.We DO NOT charge a cleaning fee. We kindly ask that you remove all used sheets from the beds and clean and put away all dishes. This allows us to pass the cost savings of NO CLEANING FEE to our guests.Furry friends are welcome! We DO NOT charge a pet fee. There's no need to pack up your dog kennel for your stay. We have 2 large pet crates and food and water bowls onsite for guest use. The shower has a unique stainless steel surround with a polished river rock mosaic floor. With our new water well and tankless water heater you can always have a long hot shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a nice meal. The appliances are stainless steel and the counters are custom made with inlaid polished stone and fossils. The living room has a custom built twin XL daybed. A Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth sound bar, HD DVD player, industrial and rustic furniture. The HUGE Sliding glass door addresses the large deck with a twin XL swing and the beautiful forest and meadow where the deer frequently graze.
