Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 11 persons. Must book for a total number of guests staying/ visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest per night. We don't allow more than 11 people on our premises.2. The primary renter has to be at least 25 years of age. No parties, weddings, or other events are allowed.3. There are 5 outside cameras around the house and a Ring video door camera. No cameras inside the house. Blocking or disconnecting cameras or Wi-Fi will lead to eviction and a $1000.00 fine.4. Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger(fireworks), or inconvenience neighbors nor use premises for any unlawful purposes.5. We do not allow late checkout.
