The Royston Guest House is charming. The host, Ross, is a lot of fun. Breakfast was great. I really appreciated their attention to being environmentally responsible. The guest house is about 15 minutes walk from Inverness. That didn't bother us because we are walkers however guests with mobility issues might be challenged.

Very friendly and comfortable stay. The cooked breakfast was extremely tasty. No more than a slow 15minute stroll into the centre of Inverness or just over a fiver taxi ride. We really liked Ross who runs the guest house really well ensuring we all have what we need. Ground floor room was a tumble out of bed and into the dining room for breakfast. Comfortable bed and hot shower. If you need somewhere to lay your head in Inverness you won't be disappointed. Parking too if you need it.

Location veramente molto carina e ben tenuta , in zona tranquilla a due passi a piedi dal centro di inverness. Proprietario gentile e cordiale ti spiega tutto quanto ti serve per trascorrere nel migliore dei modi il soggiorno. Le stanze sono molto ben tenute e curate a disposizione degli ospiti un bollitore con vari solubili ed un frigo. Nella nostra avevamo un letto ad una piazza e mezzo più un letto singolo. Non abbiamo fatto colazione lì anche se possibile farlo e comunque il proprietario ci ha offerto comunque un caffè. Raccomandato

Acomodação a 10 minutos a pé do centro da cidade. Parada de onibus na porta. Para quem esta de carro bom estacionamento. Perto de mercado e shopping. Boa roupa de cama e banho. Bem limpa. O quarto muito pequeno, com mobiliário bem antigo. Cama boa. O banho ruim. O sistema ou ficava muito quente ou muito frio. O café da manhã pago, a £12,50 muito farto, diversificado e gostoso. O anfitrião podia ser mais amigável. Uma hora bem outra hora nos tratava com desdém. O telefone para falar com ele ficava do lado de fora da porta da entrada. Precisei de ajuda e fui procurar no lobby uma maneira de me comunicar e não achei. Dificil adivinhar q estava do lado de fora. Podia estar no email de comunicação ou mesmo a vista no lobby.

My wife & I have just spent an enjoyable 3 nights in Royston guest house. Ross has been an excellent host & the breakfast's were super. While the steps were steep for carrying bags it was not an issue. Only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. We would certainly stay again if in Inverness again.

Avoid this place at all costs. The owner is extremely unpleasant and runs the place like a grumbling Oswald Mosley. The Scottish people are wonderful, and it would be tragic if anyone's impressions of the country were ruined by this mad fellow.

Stayed here on business and found it to be Very clean and comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre. Plenty of parking, would definitely stay here again. Owner of the premises is very pleasant and helpful.

Very friendly welcome and great little B&B. Owner Ross was up super early to feed us our tasty brekky before the Loch Ness Etape which was incredibly kind of him. Accommodation was nice and everything was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to stay in Inverness. 10 min walk to the main part of town and transport links make it a great location to stay.

Extremely good 2 night stay in a generous sized King room, very nicely styled and well maintained and spotless. The area is quite peaceful in the evening. Great breakfasts. This is an easy walk into the town centre. Ample parking behind the house. Host Ross was most hospitable. This was a great stay.
