one of the best experiences i’ve had in europe, the room was squeaky clean and everything was comfortable. The owner (Pavlos) was such an amazing host as well as his son George, they were so nice they made me tea when I was sick which actually healed me. The location was perfect as well, everything was within walking distance but far enough where it is not noisy. I would recommend this Inn always!!

I loved the room it was clean and the shower was really nice. The owner was the highlight, him and his son made us feel so welcome and gave us so many good suggestions of things to do and places to go. They were very generous and made us tea when we got sick. The location is really good, it is within walking distance of the town and all the restaurants, bars, and clubs, as well as the bus top to go to different beaches but far enough away to not be really noisy. (5-10 min walk from town and bus stop)

One of our favorite Ios experiences was getting the chance to talk with Pavlos & George (owners) on our first night! They’re both incredibly kind and interesting people who not only made us feel entirely welcome, but gave us tips on any way we wanted to experience the island. We stayed only briefly here (2 nights), but would absolutely recommend these rooms for anyone looking for a comfortable place to return to, with easy access to Chora/Mylopotas as well as all of the hiking trails throughout the island. Thanks again Pavlos & George!

My stay at the Windmill hotel was an absolute pleasure. I would recommend staying here to everybody, and on my next trip to Ios, I will surely be staying here again. Not only was the hotel as great as expected, but the hospitality showed by Pavlos and Georgios truly made the whole experience even better. They are truly caring individuals to their guests and make clear efforts to cater towards every need or want.
