Hotel is conviently located within walking distance to many eateries. There is no lift facilities in this place, as such will be difficult for travellers with large luggages to bring upstairs. Another setback for this hotel is there is no private parking facilities available. Only street parking and difficult to get one during office hours.

even check in at 2am in the morning is simple, good and clean room as well as very good communication between me and the hotel. very nice, surrounding have great place for breakfast as well.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. The staff were professional and always ready to help with anything I needed.
The location is also a big plus — close to the town, so order a cheap grab to go to ipoh town. Definitely worth the price and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The bed a lot of hair and make my body itch. Kettle container got stain. Dish wash sponge dirty and got hair. Towels dirty and got hair. Bathroom exhaust fan too noisy. TV not functional. Cannot stay longer due to above issues. Not feedback to owner because no point we only 1 night stay.

Location is good. Nearby got a lot of food selection. Good to stay for big families. Only 1 thing no good is no lift in this hotel. Cannot bring to heavy or many stuff go up. There 2 different building in this hotel, after done check in, need across the road to opposite and walked around 100m then only reach the building that we stay.
