"A very satisfying stay, and it can be said to be the best service I received during my 26-day trip to Chile: The front desk told me that I could use my room card to eat at the restaurants listed on the hotel's QR code, and the meal fee could be counted into my membership card to earn points (of course not Ctrip card). It was very convenient in practice. After eating the steak, the restaurant didn't even need my signature and I could leave. The mutual trust was full! The hotel's free breakfast was very rich! I was given a room with a corner glass window on the top floor, with an unobstructed sea view! I was so satisfied that I stayed for another day"

"Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my stay at Terrado Estudio 56, which was deeply unsatisfactory and concerning, both due to the quality of service received and serious issues related to the treatment of guests and the handling of our personal data. Upon entering the room, we noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in both the bedroom and the bathroom, making the environment particularly unpleasant. Despite this, we decided to air out the room and continue our stay. We later noticed that the kitchen lacked basic utensils, such as forks, which made it difficult to use the facilities normally. Furthermore, the bathtub did not have a plug, preventing its proper use. In addition, the kitchen was in poor hygienic condition. During the night, there was a power outage in the room, so we went to reception to request assistance. At that time, we encountered the security guard, who was covering a lunch break. Understanding that the problem wasn't necessarily his responsibility, we politely asked him to try contacting a manager or supervisor to resolve the issue. However, his response was to tell us we would have to wait approximately half an hour, refusing to attempt any contact with another person in charge. Subsequently, despite our repeated requests, he became evasive and even began to ignore us. Due to the situation, I decided to record what was happening on video, at which point the security guard—who identified himself as Nicolás—reacted in a hostile manner, stating that he would sue me for recording him. He then asked which room we were staying in and, after checking the hotel's system, proceeded to take a picture of the screen displaying our personal information, including our national identification number, full name, address, and phone number, both mine and my partner's. This action constitutes an extremely serious situation, as it involves the unauthorized and improper use of guests' personal data. The argument continued until the receptionist finally arrived. She acted correctly and cooperatively, going up to our room with us and resolving the electrical problem. Afterward, she intervened to get the security guard to delete the photograph of our information, as he initially refused. Despite deleting the image, the guard stated that he "already had our information," which was particularly intimidating. In short, the experience was profoundly poor, considering the numerous problems described. Additionally, it's important to emphasize that we wasted an excessive amount of time trying to resolve all these issues."
