駅からちょっと離れているし
ベッドサイド机スイッチのツマミがグラグラ緩んでいて気になった。
シャワーヘットがいきなり外れそうになって
頭や顔にかかって来て、ビックリした。
ハンドルを回し過ぎると大変な事になります。
喫煙ルームの掃除したてでチェックインした為、エアゾールの匂いが鼻に付いた。

スタッフみんな笑顔溢れて優しかった、荷物も遅くまで預けてくれました。
いいホテルだが、駅から少し遠くて坂道ばっかりで、車じゃなかったらオススメしないです。

法事で諫早市を何回か訪れ、複数のホテルに宿泊したが、今回初めてグランドパレスホテルを利用した。 全般的に古さを感じるが、ロビーは広々でシティホテル並み、部屋は清潔で良かったが、水勢が家庭より弱く、浴槽にお湯を張るのに時間が掛かったり、シャワーに勢いが無くちょっとストレス。朝食は美味しく量的にも充分。レストランの雰囲気や掛りの人の対応もよかった。 水勢に不満はあったが、それ以外は問題はなくかつ宿泊費はリーズナブルなので、次からはここを定宿にしようと思う。
