"1 star★ Terrible experience. The food was extremely low-quality, poor and inedible. Breakfast consisted of discount products and stale croissants from the day before. The building is very old and neglected. The prices are high and out of line with what they offer. Terrible value for money. We won't be returning."

"A good hotel in the area between Ischia Porto and the bridge. The bridge to the Aragonese Castle and the beach is a short walk away. There's no elevator, and the hotel is on two floors, which can be uncomfortable for luggage or those with health issues. The terrace overlooking the castle is lovely, but being shared with other rooms limits privacy or a good night's sleep if you have troublesome neighbors. Breakfast is average, food is average: there's definitely room for improvement. Overall, a good hotel without any major expectations."

"Lovely quirky hotel with superb pools in large grounds. We spent several days relaxing and making use of the pools and spa. Very clean throughout. Must mention Christian who has great customers service skills and made evenings even more enjoyable Rooms a good standard. Bar reasonably priced. Breakfast was a little limited though those with a sweet tooth won’t be disappointed. We stayed B&B and found local restaurants and cafe’s reasonably priced too. Plenty to do in Ischia for 1-2 weeks and easy to get around on public transport. If getting a taxi be sure to haggle on price first, they’re eye wateringly expensive. Mossie protection a must, even so we’ve never been bitten so much! The journey here and home is a bit of a hard slog though Ischia and The Continental Terme reward you for your efforts."

"The hotel is nice and has a very nice spa. One of the outdoor pools has hot water so we could enjoy a bath even in early November, as the weather was lovely. The food is not great, there are very few vegetarian options and no vegan options; from a 4 star hotel, this is not acceptable anymore in 2024. Also, it is impossible to properly rest as the light enters in the rooms very early, and there is no soundproofing."

"The hotel is located in a semi quiet street crossing the pedestrian shopping and restaurant street. Nice location. Select room carefully as many of the standard rooms are just above a farm of loud air vent fans. The rooms are authentic, the beds hard and the aircon failing over night. Breakfast is good, with inside and outdoors seating. Sadly, the best and largest terrace was reserved away for a travel group our entire stay (Wednesday to Monday) and the smaller one got seriously crowded. Beware of (lots of) mosquitoes at night, a problem I think goes for any hotel here. Would have been less of a challenge with functional aircon. Good cleaning service, included beach towels and nice spa"
