"The hotel photographs well and has a nice outdoor seating area around a pool facing the ocean. However, get ocean front rooms. We were booked a "volcanoe " view room, which really just faces the back yard looked into dining room and hall. The manager was helpful and sympathetic and changed us for two nights to ocean front room, which was better. The breakfast buffet was basic at best. I think this is a fine place to stay if you got ocean front rooms, but given it is quite a bit more expensive than other hotels on island, I would look elsewhere."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Loja! It is located in the center, just a few hundred meters from the beach. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, and the common area is very nice as well. Diego, the manager, is service-minded and helpful. He was kind enough to lend me a snorkel and help me with booking a tour. He was also very helpful when I had troubles with said tour. I really enjoyed my stayed at this hotel."

"طاقم الفندق ممتاز و كان نظيف للغاية. الممتلكات قديمة و تحتاج إلى تحديث. ولكن يجب أن تفهم أن إيزابيلا ليست جزيرة فاخرة. إنها spartan و أساسية. كل تقريبا الشوارع هي طرق التراب. يتناسب الفندق مع تلك الإطلالة على الجزيرة. ويقع الفندق على مسافة قريبة من كل شيء في البلدة ويقع على شاطئ رائع. ينصح بشدة. إذا كنت ترغب في الحصول على قسط كاف من الراحة، والنوم المريح. كما يمكن أن يكون لديك ملاح كبير لقضاء ليلة في الفندق، حتى لا تتمكن من قضاء الليلة في الفندق. أوصي بشده."
