Hotel Mousai Cancun Adults Only - All Inclusive

El mejor hotel en Cancún, definitivamente… instalaciones super modernas y de buen gusto, comida deliciosa, a la carta, y el servicio personalizado de lo mejor… destaco el servicio de Heriberto en NOI restaurante, que además de su excelente servicio toma fotos increíbles ☺️ en la alberca del lobby Yamil te atiende de maravilla, en el spa tienes que ir con Aseneth por un buen masaje. Mi lugar favorito!

Service here has gone downhill in the year since we were here last. As 'elite' owners you expect a great visit, but this has started off in hell. I ordered a piece of beef tenderloin for dinner at Noi, the chef came out and was telling me how good it was going to be. He forgot to mention that they didn't unwrap it from all the plastic cling film they stored it in so I ended up with a beef tenderloin that was cooked and served in plastic. Thankfully, eating melted cling film doesn't cause cancer but it does put you off from wanting to eat at the resort so I guess I have a week of looking at everything before I eat it. For a $60K investment this was a bit of a kick in the teeth. I honestly hope management does enough during this week to make me forget about this or maybe it's time to discuss their default on the promises to owners. Whatever you do, don't buy in to Tafer Resorts because the first couple trips are great but the third and now fourth have ******.

We recently returned from our 10-year anniversary trip to Cancun and stayed at Hotel Mousai. It could not have been more magnificent. If you are looking into staying here, I would HIGHLY recommend it. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and our stay. From the moment you walk in you can tell it is special. Everything is stunning and it even smells luxurious. The service is impeccable. Every single person who helped us was professional, attentive, and polite. The room we purchased came with a 24-hour Butler service, and I must give a huge shout out to our favorite Butler, Carlos, who was absolutely extraordinary. He continuously went above and beyond to ensure our stay was remarkable. Thank you, Carlos! Aside from this the food is not only delicious but presented so beautifully. There were two pools and both were lovely, relaxing, and so enjoyable. We will absolutely return to Hotel Mousai in the future!

Great resort with exceptional staff, especially Carlos! Very clean, professional and great time with great food! All restaurants were fantastic.

El complejo en sí es impresionante, muy bien diseñado y exclusivo, la vista al mar y a Isla Mujeres es única, mucha energía. Agradecemos a Alexa y Marcos, siempre muy atentos y amables en todos los sentidos, hicieron nuestra experiencia más agradable.
