Marvel Suites

The first picture was what they post on the booking web. We book 4 night here. Looks clean. But after we come there. The bed very dirty. Not white color. Use dark color which can't see dirty things. I got allergic in this hotel. Ao i ask check out. Just few hours in the hotel from 8am to 6 pm. They charge 2 days money when we asking check out. And They also don't return us money for the other 2 days. They ask us give a provement from hospital. That's rediculous. They can't see What happen to is. Also the breadfirst need send to room. No restaurant. Also No have clothe washing machine. Those They say have on web. After We post their real picture to the web. They change the photo on the their web to avoid our complain. 10/10!! BEST PLACE TO STAY IN ISTANBUL I have nothing but amazing things to say about our stay at Marvel Suites. We stayed for 4 days and we had a great time. Omer was helpful before we even landed by recommending the Havabus instead of the metro to get to the hotel. When we arrived later than expected, he greeted us and gave us all of the recommendations of places that we can visit. We have been to Istanbul twice and have never visited the places that he recommended. He treated us like family and was such an amazing owner! The day before we had to leave we asked if he could call us a taxi to the Havabus terminal for the morning and he told us that he would drive us instead! He wouldn't even take money and provided us with breakfast to go! I have never stayed at a hotel where the owner truly made a difference in our stay. If you visit Istanbul, you MUST stay at Marvel's Suites! You will not find a better hotel to stay at, trust me!! It is a 10 minute walk to Taksim and there are corner stores near by. The neighbourhood is so friendly and safe even if you are retuning late at night. You don't have to worry about all of the loud noises from staying directly on Taksim. I have told all of my friends and family about this hotel and it will be the number 1 recommendation for anyone going to Istanbul. He said that having happy guests is what makes him happy and that truly was such an amazing thing to say and just shows you how great Omer is. If I could give him 100/10 stars I would. Thank you for such a great stay!!

Best owner ever Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was correct to start a day. But owner is another story, i can guarantee that you will not find better host in all Istanbul. Omer is so kind and helpfull that would need too much time for me to writte about all thins he helped us. If you want to stay around Taksim do not hesistate you will not find better place to be

Excellent Stay near Taksim Square Really enjoyed my short stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, and comfortable. Omer is awesome! He went over and beyond to help specially when I was trying to catch my flight. Amazing value for the price, highly recommended!!
