Housekeeping was very very helpful and respectful. Dilek was very lovely and helped keep the room clean, she was very professional. Dilek was very accommodating and also ensured we had enough toiletries. She was very polite and kind. Highly recommend

Absolutely disgusting service, appauling, paid for a first class ticket got transferred to this disgusting hotel and they told us to go to the back of the line, absolutely horrible service disgusting people and horrible staff would not recommend DO NOT BOOK HERE

Dilek came to clean our room every day. She is a very friendly and caring lady. They worked super fast and had the whole room clean very quickly. She was a very sweet lady, we enjoyed her talents. very attentive and honest. when I asked for extra water I got a few more bottles. very caring

Everything is really fine. No particular complaints. Just the coffee at breakfast could be a bit better. The location of the hotel is also good—right next to the Maltepe metro station. So it’s about three-quarters of an hour to the center of Istanbul. You also have to keep in mind that Istanbul is huge.

Thank you Dilek for the amazing Room Service, very friendly and happy and very satisfied with the service. I stayed at the arjaan hotel and the staff are all amazing ! Especially Dilek! Ali was very helpful with getting my suitcase as soon as I came to the front of the hotel. Very kind to me as well even though I can only speak English. He tried to communicate with me using google translate. I felt nervous coming here but he has made me feel more welcome. Thank you!
