ليس واضحا لماذا يوجد مثل هذا التصنيف؟! الجانب الإيجابي الوحيد هو الموقع والموظفين، الذين هم على استعداد للرد على أي طلب. الفندق نفسه متعب، والتنظيف مثير للاشمئزاز، والإفطار فظيع. ولكن منظر شارع الاستقلال لم يكن على قدر التوقعات، فالشرفة صغيرة والجدران تحجب كامل المنظر. لا أوصي

لقد مررت بأسوأ تجربة في حياتي أثناء إقامتي في هذا الفندق، فندق Bonne Sante حتى أنه مجاني، هذا الفندق باهظ الثمن، إن ما يسمى برئيس الفندق هو الأسوأ، أقترح بشدة/ أنصح الأشخاص، وخاصة الضيوف/ المسافرين الأجانب، بعدم اختيار هذا الفندق للإقامة، هذا الفندق غير آمن للغاية، وكان الموظفون أسوأ من حيث السلوك، وغير محترفين للغاية، وأسوأ الخدمات، وأخيرًا وليس آخرًا، إذا تعرضت للسرقة في ميدان تقسيم، فتذكر أن ذلك كان مخططًا مسبقًا من قبل Bonne Sante، كن حذرًا

We had such a bad experience staying at Bonnie Santa hotel taksim. The receptionist, Abdullah was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their website stated that the breakfast is free from 8 to 10 am. We arrived at 9 am and everything was finished. Basic breakfast like bread, eggs and tea was all finished. We including other guests were surprised with their behavior . The receptionist Abdullah was so rude that he passed a comment that we have only one egg per guest. He also said that you pay for this hotel only for location. When we requested to speak to a manager, he said that we cannot speak. His tone of voice and hand gestures were extremely rude. The rooms including room service was below average. This hotel spoiled our day and we including other guests were not happy. I would strongly recommend staying away from this hotel.
