Leider total runtergewirtschaftet, wir sind so enttäuscht. Die Bilder im Internet sehen viel besser aus als es ist. Es ist überhaupt nix gepflegt, alles kaputt und am knarren, das Bett war mega nervig, bei jeder Bewegung hat es geknarrt. Die Klobrille ist mit mir zusammengebrochen (ich wieg 50kg) und die Dusche hat nur so semi funktioniert. Außerdem war es eklig sich überhaupt in die Dusche zu stellen... n bisschen Schimmelteiniger würde Abhilfe schaffen. Ich bin schon viel gereist aber sone verarsche habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Frühstück kann man sich such sparen. Absolute Enttäuschung. Bucht lieber woanders und nicht hier. Waren Anfang Juni 24 hier.

The owner spent five minutes, humiliating one of his employees, not realizing that I could hear what he was saying. He was cruel and called her stupid girl and dumb girl, and went on and on, and she looked like she was going to cry. There is no excuse for the way he spoke to her. When he noticed that I was looking at him, he smiled as if nothing was wrong. I was upset and asked him if he spoke to his mother and sisters that way, and he got very angry and got in my face and started yelling “adieu!” as I left. I am so glad I didn’t stay long enough to check in, I found another place close by . Also, if you check different hotel review sites, you’ll see that this place is filthy with stained sheets and countless customers who start their review with the word “scam!”. This owner is threatening and cruel to his employees, I wish him nothing but misfortune.

Parto che e stato la peggiore esperienza..ho prenotato 10 mesi prima la "suite con terrazzo" ma arrivato lì abbiamo trovato quasi una barca ,senza acqua calda e senza riscaldamento e molto freddo a dicembre,,,in bagno una puzza tremenda di muffa. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE PERCHE LE FOTO SONO PURTROPPO INGANNEVOLI

The Local and Emre the host were beyond fantastic and we could not have been happier with our stay there, excellent location just as excellent locals and local facilities- would happily stay again - in fact unlikely to stay anywhere else

Hôtel très bien situé tout proche de Sainte Sophie et Topkapi, de l'extérieur une ancienne maison turque en bois avec beaucoup de charme. Nous avons réservé une "chambre de luxe" selon la nomenclature de Tripadvisor, mais le luxe n'était que sur l'annonce ! Lits inconfortables, draps troués de toutes parts, forte odeur de cigarette (alors qu'il est précisé non fumeur), fenêtres toutes écaillées et délabrées dont un seul battant pouvait s'ouvrir avec difficulté, forte odeur d'égout dans la salle d'eau, joints de douche moisis, sèche cheveux ne fonctionnant pas, aucune isolation phonique entre les étages et petit déjeuner très ordinaire et ne permettant pas de satisfaire tous les convives, avec mention "un seul oeuf par personne" . Nous n'avons pas visité le 2ème établissement plus moderne au-dessus duquel se trouve la terrasse du petit déjeuner, c'est peut-être là que se trouve la chambre "de luxe".!!!! Ce qui est le plus regrettable, c'est l'absence de vérification de Tripadvisor que l'on pourrait accuser de publicité mensongère

La struttura di The Local è sicuramente tipica per la zona, non aspettatevi niente di che perché non è di certo un hotel di lusso. È un piccolo b&b in zona centrale, a 15 minuti a piedi dal palazzo e Santa Sofia. Come visto su altre foto dei viaggiatori la struttura ha bisogno di una forte sistemazione perché in effetti sembra che stia cadendo a pezzi, e le foto della direzione non sono certo quello che troverete li. Noi abbiamo viaggiato in 6, 3 coppie, e ognuno aveva una stanza con diversi problemi, nello specifico la nostra aveva due letti singoli e non unibili, ma vabbè, non è stata la fine del mondo. La colazione si svolge in una struttura separata ma comunque vicina, abbastanza spartana ma comunque accettabile. Gentilissimi comunque i ragazzi dentro.
