Wonderful view from the window! The room is wide-opened and so comfortable for long stay. Great location, nice restaurants and cafes are close by. Also, staff is kind. Definitely I’ll come back.

We stayed four nights at this hotel (actually at the time of writing this is the 4th night). We have been thoroughly disappointed with what is bad service across the board on what is not a cheap hotel. The concierge in particular has been of no help in terms of recommendations or helping make bookings. The location is central. But next to several loud cafes and bars. So if you don’t like loud music at 1am blaring through your window then again - avoid this place. We would heavily recommend going anywhere else but this place. Please dont repeat our mistake by staying in one of the worst hotels we have l ever stayed in. Istanbul is an amazing city so don’t let your trip be ruined by a terrible hotel experience.

We spent three nights in the penthouse room at The Pera Hotel (not to be confused with other properties with similar names) and had a good time. The hotel is very close to Shishane Metro Station and a short walk to the Tunel and Istiklal Avenue. Staff interaction was minimal but pleasant. The room was reasonably clean and had a 180-degree view that included Galata Tower. While the room was pleasantly functional, the large windows offered little sound insulation and the bathroom was tiny. Nonetheless, we were glad to stay somewhere central that also offered good views.
