Really wanted to give this place a higher rating as the reception was friendly and helpful and the location was amazing for us. Unfortunately, everything else about this hotel was lacking. I stayed in a room with my children while my cousin and her family stayed in another room. Our experiences were the same. Air conditioning smelled awful when in use so we kept it off, even in July and with the heat wave, elevator worked sporadically. She stayed on the seventh floor, elevator only goes to the sixth floor. With suitcases, it was unpleasant, but with small children even more difficult, especially when the elevator was inoperable. Beds were ok, but the worst part of our rooms by far was the bathroom. We had seen previous reviews that the bathrooms were small. We were in Istanbul to sightsee so we did not think a small bathroom would be that big of a deal…but this was a tiny bathroom, even for my kids to use. Outdated and full of mold. That’s why all the pictures on their website are of the bedrooms and not baths. What they also don’t tell you is that housekeeping is not daily, but every other or even third day. No fresh towels unless you request, no garbage cleaning or pick up, no tidying. You are essentially paying for an over priced hostel.

الغرفة أكبر بكثير مما كنت أتوقع والمرافق جيدة جدًا.

Book for myself alone so that I could pack my stuff laying out on the floor. Very spacious for family. Will definately book this room again if i ever come to Istanbul. Near walking distance to metro...

موقع رائع حيث يقع على بعد دقيقتين سيرًا على الأقدام من ميدان تقسيم. وكان حجم الغرفة جيدًا.

صاحبة المنزل لطيفة للغاية. ولأننا تعرضنا للخداع في إسطنبول، ساعدتنا صاحبة المنزل بنشاط في التواصل مع الصينيين وبذلت قصارى جهدها لمساعدتنا. الغرفة جميلة جدًا، يمكنك طهي الطعام بنفسك، وهي نظيفة ومرتبة، والموقع ممتاز، فهو قريب من محطة المترو وحافلة المطار، وميدان تقسيم أمام باب المنزل مباشرةً.
