 la primera impresión de la habitación es muy pobre. la ventana no cerraba, había un ruido en el baño que de un ventilador que no dejaba dormir y cuando dabas la luz, el ventilador del baño hacía muchísimo ruido. La mampara del baño no tenía puertas para cerrarse por lo que todo el agua salía fuera cuando te duchabas y el agua caliente tardaba muchísimo en llegar. Las camas no tienen sábana superior y la colcha y el edredón estaba muy sucias. El desayuno no lo pude tomar, porque tenía el vuelo muy temprano, así que no puedo valorarlo .

Pleasant stay, owner was very nice. Double room was clean. Bed was low but comfortable. Pillows were great. Good location. Istanbul is an ancient city. The hotel is not the Ritz nor do they don’t profess to be. Wifi was great. Secure entry in room doors was great. Stayed for 3 nights and would return again.

I had booked a room and paid in advance. On the day of my arrival I received an email saying, "The supplier has advised us that they are unable to accommodate your booking."

Place is filthy, it is nothing like the photos online, don’t book. It’s truly terrible. Rooms never cleaned and breakfast is ready plated left on the table with no covering. I can’t even rate it to be on the street would have been more comfortable. Not clean bed linen stained with blood. Everyone who we spoke to complained or left one customer wanted the police to come as not like web page pictures. And we booked via stayforlong. JUST DONT GO THERE. Not rateable.

Awful hotel that i have ever seen in the world i think bad quality , bad cleaness, bad services, cold water for bathroom, awful and very very bad breakfast. In totally i and other people that we travel with each other are unsatisfied and this hotel make bad travel for us.

The worst experience of my life!! I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 am, already when I got to the reception the boy smelled really bad. When we went up to the rooms on the dark spiral stairs with the carpet torn in many places I knew that our stay would not be ok! When we got to the rooms and saw the state of the curtains, the bed linen simply filthy, not to mention the overwhelming smell, I didn't even want to go into the bathroom to see what it looked like, I mean, besides the noise from the fan, an indescribable mess, in the second 2 me and the rest of the girls at 2 am went to look for another place to sleep and left from there!!! I do not recommend this hotel in any way, if it can be called a hotel, if I had to eat breakfast there I am sure I would have gotten hepatitis!!! 1 min from this hotel is a super nice and clean hotel and to high standards with large clean spacious rooms and very good food!!!!

We have visited the Hammam at the comfort hotel. We were a group and booked for 6 ladies. When booking the lady confirmed there would be a therapist for each of the ladies. We got here only to see 4 therapists. They promised a package of sauna, massage and hammam. Massage was good however they then said the sauna is closed and refused to even refund a small amount for the loss of it. The man at the front desk was so rude. He said it’s not his responsibility at all. He had nothing to do with it. The hammam bath was good but we were not given a new mitt it was the same one being used over and over again.

I’ll start with the good points: it’s in a central location for trams and historical sights with plenty of restaurants on its doorstep. Downside: It’s not suitable for anyone with a walking disability (or has some form of mobility issues). Hotel is situated an extremely steep road with a couple of steep steps to get into the hotel itself. Once inside all the rooms are up a spiral staircase with some rather narrow steps. The lights in the hallways are on a timer and don’t always pick up movement so at times you’re walking in pitch darkness. There’s several places where there’s holes in the walls with exposed wires and cables which I felt was unsafe. At first glance the room looks clean but outdated as walls could do with a paint. The air vent in the bathroom was filthy showing it hadn’t been cleaned in months if not years. The room was tiny with the bathroom being so small the toilet was literally on the shower area. The ‘buffet breakfast’ was limited at best. Consisting of ham, cheese, tomato’s, cucumber, jam and bread. Nothing even remotely filling. The staff although friendly on the surface never engaged with any customers besides a smile and a hello and even then that’s when I stated it. In a nutshell avoid like the plague. As there’s 100% better, safer cheaper hotels within walking distance.

In 35 anni di viaggi non ho mai visto una topaia simile, non credevo si potesse cadere così in basso. Appena arrivati ci siamo sentiti dire che le camere prenotate erano due e non tre nonostante il foglio con la prenotazione. La faccio breve: camera matrimoniale da 2,5x 3 mt, letto da una piazza e mezzo, un solo comodino. Il bagno:per entrare in doccia si deve scavalcare il water (il coperchio e l' asse del water non erano fissati, il lavandino: anche lui non fissato e maniglia del miscelatore che aprendolo viene via. In camera ci siamo trovati sulla moquette una serie completa di unghie tagliate, armadio inesistente e televisione con cavi tranciati, naturalmente i batuffoli di capelli e peli ci fanno compagnia. In quattro giorni NON hanno MAI riassettato le camere (3) ne hanno mai sostituito il salviettone
