La struttura, le camere, i servizi sono un qualcosa di impronunciabile, veramente una sporcizia ed un trasandato così è difficile credo da vedere, per me davvero un hotel da incubo, vorrei conoscere chi da 5 stelle perché forse vive in una stalla, sennò non è spiegabile. Ripeto, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei due alla reception non fanno testo perché bravi e simpatici ma la struttura è da buttar giù.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our visit to Istanbul, because my partner had stayed here for work on 2 occasions prior to Covid. My partner and I were quite disappointed, as the hotel was a bit run down since his last visit in 2018. Our room, ensuite and its furnishings were in need of some love, and a small breakfast was no longer provided. The location is quite good, shortish walk to sights. The building is beautiful. There appear to be alot of similar small family run hotels in this area. Hopefully soon they will have the means to give them the TLC they need and deserve. Small note ; there is no elevator.

On Arrival I was treated extremely well , in my first time in Istanbul the concierge gave me a helpful guide with lots of advice on local sightseeing, places of interest and lots of helpful tips in general . It is quaint and needing some maintenance Jon bits and pieces , I think for the cost in the position it is excellent value for money ! So much so I am returning to end my fabulous Turkish whirlwind trip back at the Basileus Hotel Istanbul , Istanbul. Note.: Be aware there are similar named hotels around here so be sure to arrange transportation if booking in unaware of area !!

El hotel es lo peor de lo peor, habitaciones con olor a alcantarilla y viejas, no entiendo los opiniones positivas la verdad, cogimos 2 habitaciones y sobre todo una de ellas no se podía estar, asqueroso todo incluido el baño, para lo que ofrecen en carísimo, se hacen los locos totalmente para no cambiarte de habitación, como que no te entienden.

Great location and the staff was very helpful in answering our local questions. The beds were quite comfortable and the A/C was fantastic to go "home" to after walking around the city. The room we had was spacious enough for our family of 4 to be comfortable. We would definitely go back!

We returned here six years after our first stay in Turkey. I would love to say that it was every bit as good as it was the first time. Though management has since changed, the staff are still excellent. Unfortunately a few things have changed. There is no longer breakfast included with the room rate. The rooms seem similar to what we remember in 2018, and they could use some updating. With that said, this still remains a good budget option.

Это просто ужас! Я спокойно останавливаюсь в хостелах, гостевых домах, но этот отель, получает самую низкую оценку. Минусы: Я жила в отеле в июле , на первом этаже. В номере было влажно, так как был первый этаж. Администраторы были вежливы, пытались помочь в решении вопросов. К ним претензий нет. Перейду к самому ужасному- у меня в номере были ТАРАКАНЫ! Я не могу передать слов, как я была ошарашена, когда заметила их. Полотенце мне не меняли, старое полотенце для ног просто вешали как новое. Постель за 5 дней не меняли ни разу. Видела, что горничная использует пылесос, но ковер в номере как будто был всегда грязным. Все пошарпаное, ковер старый, в ванной комнате не мешало бы поменять лейки для душа. Плюсы: Из плюсов могу отеметить- рядом есть кафе и магазины, до площади Султанахмет пешком идти 7-10минут. В целом, для 3* , как мне было заявлено, не соответствует

Очень хотела написать отзыв о данном отеле. Летала в этом месяце 2024 год, июнь, предложили этот отель, прочитала отзывы о нем везде, где только можно и выбрала его, т.к. плохих отзывов особо не нашла о нем. Как только я туда заехала, ничего не предвещало беды. Утром следующего дня по моей подушке пробежал огромный таракан. Я это зафиксировала на видео и побежала жаловаться на ресепшн, но никто никак даже не среагировал, только лишь сказали - служба уже едет. Разумеется, никакой службы и не было. Грязь в номере, будто в нем не убирались годами, ковер в комнате покрыт слоем грязи и пыли, что творится в изголовье кровати мне даже представить страшно. Как убирали номер: все полотенца УЖЕ использованные мной (для ног, для лица) все складывали в кучу как будто так и должно все быть и заправляли кровать - на этом уборка заканчивалась. Смысл вообще был заходить в таком случае в мой номер. На следующий день тараканов стало еще больше. Они были везде - в ванне, на кровати, на кондиционере, на полу - никто и не думал с ними что-либо делать. Не знаю, так во всех номерах или нет, но видимо для них это норма. Пришлось сбежать и переехать в другой отель, при первой же возможности, потому жить в таких условиях просто невозможно. За весь мой долгий опыт в путешествиях я такой грязи еще не видела нигде.

The room and design is very cute and it's clean. The staff is so helpful and nice and they helped us with finding activities/locations! It's also easy to communicate with them, they speak well english. Besides, I forgot something in the room when I checked out and only noticed at the airport. I contacted them and they helped me so much: they sent it it to another hotel in Turkey and even paid for the cargo! Incredible service, I am very satisfied.
