بشكل عام، تم إعادة تصميم المرافق ونظيفة، وكان الموقع جيدًا، لذلك استراحت بشكل مريح لمدة يوم. يوجد العديد من المطاعم والمحلات التجارية حولي، لذا تمكنت من اختيار مطعم يناسب قلبي، وهو قريب من الشاطئ، لذا يمكنك رؤية المناظر الرائعة والجميلة في حوالي 10 دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام.

A nice, clean and friendly place. Close to many shopping centres, restaurants and the Metro station. The prices are relatively cheap compared to other hotels with the same standard, around 60$ per night including breakfast. The single rooms are very comfortable and wide with more than 25 square metres. A fridge, kettle, coffee and tea included in the rooms.

Çok iyi İş nedeniyle İstanbul’da olduğumuz için çok kısa kalabildik. Otelin konumu çok iyi, odalar güzel ve kullanışlı, personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Bizim açımızdan güzel bir konaklama oldu.

Do yourself a favour and do not stay in this hotel. The customer service is way below satisfactory. My stay at this hotel has been unacceptable. The conditions were far below standard. the hotel has a persistent bad odour. They said a tech would come fix the issue, which did not happen. the service is unresponsive (waiting over 40 minutes for basic requests), and communication was incredibly difficult. There was a loud noise coming from the washroom along the disgusting smell that does not allow you to get a good night sleep. Despite bringing this to the attention of the hotel staff, no adequate resolution was provided. My stay was so bad that I had to check out early due to these conditions and I was denied speaking with the manager to receive a refund for the following days. Terrible hotel, terrible service and staff, overall terrible experience.

Teknik aksaklıklar banyo rutubetliydi, klozet kapağı kırıktı, banyo lavabosunda akıttığınız su birikiyor gitmiyordu. Kettle çalışmıyordu çay dahi yapamadık.

Der Service an der Rezeption ist furchtbar und die Zimmer sind eiskalt. Sie haben mich einen Tag lang hingehalten und schließlich bin ich am Abend in ein anderes, kleineres Zimmer umgezogen. Und nur ein Mitarbeiter namens Abdullah half uns für alles außer dieser Person, das Personal ist ärgerlich und das Schlimmste ist, dass die Bettwäsche meines Zimmers schmutzig ist und sie nicht ändern sie. Ich empfehle es definitiv nicht, weil es sehr ärgerlich ist

Definitely worth the stay. Great experience from start to finish.
