Великолепный отель! Просторные комнаты, есть все необходимое. Очень вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Расположение тоже супер. 30 минут пешком до набережной и Галатапорта.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel — everything was top-notch, from the luxurious atmosphere to the flawless service. I would especially like to highlight the incredible professionalism, warmth, and dedication of the staff members Hamza, Ferhat, and Merter. These three individuals truly made my stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and ability to anticipate guest needs reflect the highest standards of customer service. They were not only helpful but also made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Staff like them are a rare find in the hospitality industry. I strongly recommend that the hotel management recognize and reward their outstanding performance — they are a true asset to the brand. Investing in talents like Hamza, Ferhat, and Merter is essential for maintaining and enhancing the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

酒店地理位置十分優越，臨街遍佈餐館超市購物中心，十分便利。酒店很新整潔舒適，電視可投屏。員工親切熱情，我們兩個人4個箱子，感謝devrim協助我們把箱子都運到了送機車上，下次來伊斯坦堡還會選擇這家

The hotel is overall nice. The first night was very bad for me as my room towards the main road and the traffic was noisy all night and no other room choice for me to swap that night. Fortunately, the staff were very friendly and helped me moved to a quiet room towards the garden from the 2nd night. Room service and facilities are excellent.

服務非常棒，簡直無可挑剔。尤其是IKRAM、HAKAN、AHMET三位值得表揚，他們的貼心服務讓我感受到了頂級的禮遇，一切都很完美。 如果硬要找什麼缺點的話，那也是裝修上的一個小缺陷，跟服務無關，洗面盆用的台上盆又小又淺，水會濺的到處都是，除此之外，我們實在找不到其他任何可以抱怨的地方，以後再去伊斯坦堡一定會再次入住這家酒店。
