Asmali Hotel exceeded all my expectations during my stay. The staff were incredibly kind, humble, and always ready to assist, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Their dedication to providing exceptional hospitality was evident in every interaction. The breakfast was a highlight – fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety to satisfy all preferences. The hotel also offered excellent amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout my visit. If you're looking for a hotel that combines great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities, Asmali Hotel is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Everything was alright: location, good breakfast, bottles of water and tea bags/coffee every day. The manager told some useful tips about sights, and gave some small gifts in the end of the trip. They also can help you to call a taxi (the price was cheaper than it was in the app on the phone). Keep in mind that the hotel locates at a hilly area with cobblestone road. That room was quite tiny, but it wasn't an issue for one person for 3 nights.

Extremely friends staff that give off the vibe that they are there to accommodate your every need. Fantastic location since all major spots inside city are within walking distance. However, room didn't provide any toothpaste in the toilets and drinking water in the room which was a negative for me. (Note that these are not issues for a lot of people and weren't too big of an issue for me either) Overall, I would definitely recommend

The hotel's location is excellent, with numerous attractions nearby, such as the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Hagia Sophia. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the comfort of the stay did not meet my expectations. I had booked a room that was described as having a desk, but the room I received did not include one, contrary to the description. Furthermore, the room was significantly smaller than anticipated. Additionally, some fixtures in the bathroom were not functioning initially. Thankfully, the staff promptly addressed and resolved these issues, which I appreciated.

Homely and cheerful hotel with lovely and helpful staff. A thank you to Abdullah and Arif for making our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is good and the nice lady in the eating area always carries a smile. Tip - if you have heavy luggage on wheels don't bother getting public transport to the hotel as the cobblestone paths are a nightmare to navigate. Get an Uber from Gayrettepe Metro Station to The Apex Hotel. You guys and girls rock!

We had a private room with our family. The room was spacious and clean. The location is truly perfect. The breakfast is good. We recommend this hostel.

We stayed at the Triton Hotel for three nights and received a warm welcome and attentive care. The entire staff was incredibly dedicated and professional, especially Tolga, who provided attentive service even after we checked in at 11 PM. The next day, Tolga introduced us to nearby attractions and provided detailed transportation options to the Bosphorus. Tolga was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing insights into Istanbul's history and embracing Chinese culture, which made us feel right at home while living abroad. The staff in the lobby, restaurant, and other areas were also incredibly friendly. We were traveling with an elderly family member, and they offered to assist us in entering and leaving the hotel, even helping to carry our wheelchair. The hotel offers a wide variety of room types, including ours with a large balcony. Breakfast was served on the rooftop, offering a wide variety of options. Enjoying breakfast while enjoying the beautiful Bosphorus view, with the majestic Blue Mosque in the background, was a truly satisfying experience. We were thrilled with the friendly Turkish people!

The room isn't spacious, but it's elegantly furnished and very cozy. There's a great view from the window. The terrace restaurant offers incredible views: a stunning sea view on one side, and the Blue Mosque visible from the back. Located within the old city walls, the location is excellent, providing convenient transportation. Both the T6 metro and BN1 bus lines are easily accessible.

The location was great and the breakfast was wonderful! It was nice that there was a bathtub so I could soak in it! The view from the rooftop and being able to feed the seagulls were also a lot of fun! Thank you to Kader and all the other staff for your kindness!

The rooms are clean although the space is a little small. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast spread is delicious with complementary baklava every morning. The hotel and restaurant staffs are super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is just walking distance to Aksaray Market, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Tram station is about 10mins walk too.
