Facilities: complete, there are fitness equipment in the room Hygienic: clean and tidy, the room is clean and well ventilated Environment: Although the hotel is in a small alley, there are supermarkets and restaurants around. Walk for about 3 minutes. Service: The Turkish brothers at the front desk are very good 👍🏻

I used to like this hotel for its comfort and cleanliness. in the hall ways have carpets and nice cosy light but rooms used to be much better. There are no more shampoos, stuff is not nice trying to defend themselves. I still love fresh air from the huge windows but I don’t think I may stay here again as it’s price raised and quality dropped.

Excellent and professional service. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean swimming pool and fitness centre. I recommend it.

因為航班問題，導致第一晚趕不上入住酒店，溝通退房無果，白白浪費了一晚房費。沒有想到第二晚入住體驗超預期，不但給升級了房型，還送了自助早餐，mixed omlet很好吃。第三天一早又趕飛機，酒店7點才有早餐供應，一上班特別為我們定製了早餐，豐富到很是驚喜，可惜我們來不及吃上兩口。酒店從前台服務、客服打掃、餐廳服務，工作人員都很有禮貌和素質，整體服務相當好！不遜色5星級酒店服務！

The children and I liked the place, the only set back is that it's too far from the touristic areas and not much shopping nearby. I was disappointed that the ladies Sauna wasn't working, especially since I booked the place mainly for that. Overall it was a nice hotel.
