充分驚喜的一家酒店，離機場二十分鐘車程，在樹林裏面，周圍很安靜，入住當晚就看到極光，鋪滿整個天空。酒店晚餐還不錯，有生鹿肉，可以堅強嘗試一下，反正我吃閲了😅一定要去桑拿，選擇玻璃房桑拿，50歐一人，邊桑拿邊賞雪，很愜意喲！酒店本身也自帶一些雪地項目，哈士奇雪橇、馬拉雪橇之類的，總之很滿意！

Precioso, pero no lujoso. Por lo que pagas, deberían cuidar ciertos detalles. 1.- No hay un salón común con sofás o sillones cómodos y una chimenea donde tomarte un te o leer tranquilamente mientras ves nevar. Todo se hace un salón multiusos con sillas y mesas en el que desayunas, comes, cenas y te tomas algo. 2.-La recepción es solo buena. No te dan opciones, ni te informan de todo lo que se puede hacer con suficiente claridad. La amabilidad y empatía depende de quien te atienda. A nosotros nos cancelaron una actividad y no supieron o no quisieron molestarse en darnos otra opción alternativa, salvo que nos quedáramos a pasar la tarde en nuestra habitación. Nuestra maleta no llegó y en recepción no se molestaron en ofrecernos ninguna ayuda. No llamaron a la compañía, ni al aeropuerto, ni nos dieron ropa hasta que no la pedimos y entonces si que nos dieron botas y monos impermeables. Nada para el baño de nuestra cabaña en la que no hay ni cepillos, ni cremas, ni albornoces, ni zapatillas , ni nada que no sea toallas y secador. Muy pobre para lo que pagamos. 3.- La comida esta exquisita, felicidades al cocinero. Pero no se puede elegir, es un menú cerrado y si no te gusta, pues no cenas. Por lo demás, fue una experiencia maravillosa pero muy cara para lo que ofrecen. Podéis saltaros la comida a los renos y el paseo con ellos….es para niños !!!

Fantastic vacation Fantastic and luxury place for honeymoon.

Dopo un viaggio intenso dovuto a ritardi dei voli e valige perse siamo stati accolti da uno staff simpatico e caloroso che ci ha fatto immergere immediatamente nell'atmosfera da fiaba che si respira nel villaggio. Le cabine Aurora sono semplicemente meravigliose, dotate di ogni comfort, letti comodissimi da dove ammirare la natura ed il cielo della Finlandia. Il ristorante offre una cucina d'eccellenza, tutto veramente ottimo, complimenti agli chef! Anche i nostri figli di 10 e 13 anni hanno apprezzato tutto; la colazione offre una varia scelta di prodotti tipici ed internazionali sempre serviti freschi. Servizio al tavolo molto veloce e cordiale. Lo staff della reception sempre pronto a dare una mano ed a trovare la migliore soluzione per i clienti. Ottima la possibilità di far capo alle tute del villaggio, caldissime. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo Aurora Alert, che ci ha avvisati per ben due notti dello spettacolo visibile direttamente dalla nostra cabina. Il villaggio é immerso in un bosco meraviglioso ed emozionante; non é raro vedere qualche animale selvatico che spunta dalla neve. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono racchette per passeggiate mozzafiato, sci di fondo, biciclette per la neve elettriche (consigliatissimo il tour accompagnato!), motoslitte (tour di 2 ore molto apprezzato), slitte per le renne, slittini, sauna con bagno nel fiume, e tanto altro. Abbiamo approfittato del luogo per una gita con gli Husky organizzata tramite l'Aurora Village ed anche questa esperienza é stata indimenticabile. Nel complesso posso dire che questa sia stata la migliore vacanza della nostra vita perché un posto come questo capita molto raramente di incontrarlo. Magia e meraviglia ogni secondo della nostra vacanza di 5 giorni. Complimenti al proprietario che ha avuto la geniale idea di costruire un villaggio incantato in mezzo alla natura, rispettandola al massimo. Consigliatissimo.

Wonderful night time snowmobiling adventure with Veeti! He was very knowledgeable, and made sure we were all safe and doing well during our outing. We unfortunately were unable to see the Northern Lights, due to cloudy skies. But, if we had wanted to reschedule it for another night, we had the opportunity by 5:00pm to change to another date (we arrived after, so we were committed to it). They also provide lots of outerwear for it- snow suits, balaclava, mittens + gloves, and boots. No need for a hat for this adventure, as you have to wear a helmet. We also had a few stops along the way to see the lights, had they been available to see. We cruised on top of the frozen river, which was exciting as a novice! We also had multiple opportunities to change drivers if we had a passenger with us.

Staff and food were amazing.

We had such an amazing stay at Aurora Village. Their staff were so friendly and accommodating, from a helpful reception team, a fun and experienced guide team and a restaurant crew that gave excellent service. The rooms themselves are cozy and private, we were lucky enough to see the Aurora lights from bed on our 2nd night. We took the snowmobile ride, ice karting, aurora sleigh tour, reindeer feeding and sleigh ride, husky experience and the panoramic sauna. It’s hard to pick which was the best I would highly recommend them all. We also took advantage of snowshoe and cross country ski trails that were well maintained. The food was really delicious and we ate very well for every meal.

Amazing night view, managed to catch northern light with their app which is really reliable! Food was great!

Absolutely amazing in every aspect, Amazing cabins, efficient service, friendly and helpful staff, everything was so well organised in every regard; trips, excursions, check-in, enquiries, services and everyone was so helpful. Clean, comfortable and brilliant from arrival to departure. Evening dinners were magnificent too. Don’t hesitate to stay here, it’s superb.
