Belair Beach Hotel

Spędziliśmy 3 noce w Hotelu Belair z wykupionymi śniadaniami. W pierwszą noc otrzymaliśmy mały pokój 10-12 m2 z widokiem na morze, mimo, że rezerwowałem pokój o powierzchni 22 m2 (standardowy pokój na Trip.com). Recepcja na drugi dzień bezproblemowo zaproponowała zamianę pokoju na właściwy - większy. Pokoje dość nowocześnie urządzone w stylu wakacyjnym z lodówką, czajnikiem a w łazience - z suszarką. Na terenie hotelu znajdują się 2 baseny. W lipcu o godz. 10 nie było już wolnych leżaków. Zamiast basenu polecam wybrać się na cały dzień na plażę - najlepsza jest 30 m od hotelu (na wysokości hotelu Rodos Palace - przejście pod ziemne tuż przy znaku Rodos Pałace). Zaproponowano nam wymianę ręczników raz na dwa dni. W hotelu w sezonie wieczorne atrakcje przed hotelowym barem tuż przy ruchliwej ulicy. Pod hotelem znajdują się dwa supermarkety, gdzie można kupić od jedzenia przez suweniry. Śniadanie dobre, nieduży wybór i dość monotonne. Obsługa od sprzątaczek do recepcji - miła i komunikująca się w j. angielskim. Przed hotelem znajdują się przystanki autobusowe, z których autobusy dowiozą z/na lotnisko i do centrum Rodos. Bilety na przejazd należy kupić w supermarkecie pod hotelem. Mimo kilku niedogodnie hotel oceniam na mocne 4/5 pkt.

Totally boring. No entertainment to speak of. 20minutes if that at 10pm Karaoke if anyone bothered to sing. Wine or water with meals unless you pay extra. I was A.I. and still managed to spend over£500 on 1 trip and taxis into Rhodes town and back. !

Great entertainment team who weren't pushy or overwhelming. Superbly clean hotel which makes up for it being somewhat basic. Literally immaculate, even the pool side toilets. Wonderful snack bar with hot and cold food served between 10am and 6pm.

Overall ok experience. However more negatives than positives about our stay. We stayed here for 7 nights in May. We arrived late at night due to our flight being delayed, upon check in we were told we would have water and refreshments waiting for us in the room due to our late arrival - long story short - this was not the case so when we went back down to question this, we could only receive a bottle of water each and were made to feel this was our fault that we were late. The food was very repetitive: every morning for breakfast is the same and not a huge selection. One really noticeable thing, especially on our last day, the smell of sewage in the hotel was intense. Even the reception staff were spraying air freshener aerosols around the lobby area. Entertainment was very poor and not enough space for the guests to sit so we couldn’t even attend some nights. We were put in a room in the middle of a big group of young teenagers on a party holiday: constant banging on doors, slamming doors, shouting and disruption at early hours in the morning. We also had many people try and get into our room and could hear everything in the corridors. So we asked to change rooms and were willing to pay for the upgrade fee, but were told no abruptly. Our flight on the way home was not until 11:30pm, so when we asked for late checkout we were denied this with no compromise.

just returned from Belair Beach Hotel - Ixia, Rhodes. Greece Had a lovely time , it’s the staff and the people of Rhodes who make this hotel , their hospitality and friendliness is outstanding , the gentleman who works the night shift was so nice and kind and informative , Elias behind the bar works tirelessly with a smile on his face and was very good to us Sofia in the restaurant always there to help us , the entertainers very chatty One lady at reception was rude and many people I spoke to all said the same she was the only one in the hotel Which let the side down! Pool was freezing but it’s beginning of the year , always managed to get a sunbed , food was ok , good variety and drinks on ultra inclusive was always good Location not bad , near airport and a short taxi ride to new and old town So I thank the staff at belair for being amazing and making my holiday

Check in - seemless .remember that you will be charged the tax for staying Room - definitely go for the executive room . Clean and everything that you need with walk in shower Restaurant- great variety and good to see some Greek cuisine Pool - cold but refreshing with the hot temperatures Staff - they are the standout of the hotel When we were leaving they had started doing day activities. We never went to any evening entertainment so can not comment on this
